True Offers USA, LLC d/b/a Empowered Homefront ("Empowered Homefront," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") primarily offers digital products and services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how and when you will receive access to the products and services you purchase from us.

This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Empowered Homefront ecosystem, including all affiliated brands: Empowered Homeschool, Empowered Personal Power, Empowered Health, Empowered Wealth, Empowered Relationships, Empowered Faith, Empowered Skills & Readiness, Deal Boss Project Operations, Deal Boss CRM, and all personal brand properties.

2. Digital Product Delivery

The vast majority of our products and services are delivered digitally. Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately or within minutes of purchase confirmation.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of digital products is considered complete when any one of the following occurs:

  • Your account login credentials are created and sent to the email address you provided at purchase
  • Download links are delivered to your email or made available in your account
  • Access to courses, communities, or platform features is activated
  • An activation or welcome email is sent to the email address on file

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for delivery communications. Failure to check your email or access your account does not constitute non-delivery.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your email spam/junk folder for delivery emails from Empowered Homefront or our affiliated platforms
  2. Verify that the email address associated with your purchase is correct

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve delivery issues promptly. In most cases, digital delivery issues can be resolved within 24 hours of contacting support.

5. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Empowered Homefront offers physical products in the future, the following shipping terms will apply:

Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control.
