Introduction
True Offers USA, LLC d/b/a Empowered Homefront ("Company," "Empowered Homefront," "we," "us," or "our") was created to help families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses learn, grow, and scale through our educational platforms, CRM tools, and community ecosystems. Our goal is to over-deliver on every possible front for our users while maintaining the highest standards of legal compliance, ethical conduct, and professional responsibility.
Empowered Homefront has users all over the world and we take pride in maintaining platforms that demonstrate respect, tolerance, and acceptance for each and every user. To that effect, we have set forth stringent guidelines and requirements through this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") to reduce spam and abuse, ensure legal compliance, and maintain clear boundaries between educational content and professional advice.
This AUP applies to all users of our educational programs, CRM platform (Deal Boss CRM), AI tools, templates, community platforms, and all related services across the entire Empowered Homefront ecosystem.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to this AUP:
"Platform" means the entire ecosystem of services, products, and offerings operated and made available to Users, including but not limited to:
- Empowered Homefront educational programs and content (all micro suites)
- Deal Boss CRM and marketing automation platform
- AI-powered educational tools and content generation
- Template documents, forms, and contracts
- Data services where applicable
- Community platforms (Skool and other platforms)
- All websites, tools, and systems operated by the Company
"User" means any end user, customer, subscriber, or participant in our products, services, educational programs, or platform offerings.
"AI Tools" means artificial intelligence and machine learning systems that generate content, recommendations, or responses based on user inputs.
"Educational Content" means all training materials, courses, templates, strategies, and information provided for learning purposes only.
"Professional Services" means legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment advisory, medical, or other licensed professional services.
Core Principles
All Platform usage must comply with the following core principles:
- Educational Purpose Only: The Platform provides educational content and tools, not professional advice
- Legal Compliance: All activities must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Ethical Conduct: Users must maintain honest, transparent, and ethical business practices
- Professional Boundaries: Users must not provide unlicensed professional services
- Respect for Others: All communications and activities must be respectful and non-discriminatory
Prohibited Activities
1. Unauthorized Professional Advice
Legal Advice Violations:
- Providing legal advice without proper attorney licensing
- Representing educational content as legal counsel
- Drafting legal documents for others without authorization
- Practicing law in any jurisdiction without proper licensing
- Using AI-generated content to provide legal advice
Financial and Investment Advice Violations:
- Providing personalized financial advice without proper licensing
- Offering investment recommendations without securities licensing
- Giving tax advice without CPA or tax professional credentials
- Representing educational strategies as personalized financial planning
- Using platform tools to provide unlicensed financial services
Professional Service Misrepresentation:
- Claiming professional credentials or licenses not held
- Representing educational content as professional consultation
- Using Company branding to imply professional service authorization
- Providing services requiring professional licensing without proper credentials
2. AI Usage Violations
AI Misrepresentation:
- Represent AI-generated content as human-created professional advice
- Use AI tools to impersonate licensed professionals
- Fail to disclose when AI is being used in client communications
- Present AI responses as final professional recommendations
Unauthorized AI Applications:
- Use AI to provide legal, financial, or medical advice without proper licensing
- Generate professional documents using AI without human professional review
- Use AI for automated decision-making in housing, credit, or employment contexts
- Employ AI to mislead recipients about the nature of communications
AI Content Misuse:
- Claim ownership of AI-generated content that violates intellectual property rights
- Use AI to create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Generate content that violates platform terms or applicable laws
- Use AI outputs without proper verification and professional review
3. Template and Document Misuse
- Using provided templates without professional legal review and customization
- Distributing unmodified generic templates as jurisdiction-specific legal documents
- Representing template documents as legally compliant without professional validation
- Selling or redistributing Company templates without authorization
- Using templates in jurisdictions where they may not be legally compliant
4. Marketing and Communication Violations
TCPA and Communication Law Violations:
- Sending automated SMS, emails, or robocalls without proper consent
- Contacting individuals on Do Not Call registries for sales purposes
- Failing to provide clear opt-out mechanisms in all communications
- Using platform tools for non-consensual marketing communications
- Violating A2P 10DLC registration and compliance requirements
Spam and Unsolicited Communications:
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications through platform tools
- Using purchased or scraped contact lists without proper consent
- Failing to honor opt-out requests within required timeframes
- Engaging in deceptive email marketing practices
- Violating CAN-SPAM Act requirements
Misleading Marketing Practices:
- Making false or misleading income claims or guarantees
- Misrepresenting the nature of educational content as professional advice
- Using deceptive subject lines or sender information
- Making unauthorized claims about Company endorsement or affiliation
5. Data and Privacy Violations
- Upload, store, or process social security numbers, credit card data, or bank account information without proper security measures
- Collect or use protected health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA
- Process personal data without proper consent and legal basis
- Share customer data with unauthorized third parties
- Fail to implement reasonable security measures for customer data
- Export or download data in violation of platform terms
6. Platform Abuse and Security Violations
- Hacking, attacking, or attempting to compromise platform security
- Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Scraping, crawling, or downloading content without authorization
- Interfering with platform operation or other users' access
- Reverse engineering or attempting to discover proprietary algorithms
- Operating "agency accounts" or hosting content for unauthorized third parties
- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
7. Illegal and Harmful Activities
- Promoting illegal products, services, or activities
- Facilitating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
- Engaging in pyramid schemes or illegal multi-level marketing
- Posting sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content
- Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Making threatening, defamatory, or libelous statements
- Impersonating other individuals or entities
- Creating fake testimonials or reviews
8. Compliance and Regulatory Violations
- Violating industry-specific licensing requirements
- Failing to comply with fair housing laws (where applicable)
- Violating securities regulations
- Non-compliance with professional licensing requirements
- Violating GDPR or other international privacy regulations
- Failing to respect jurisdictional restrictions on business activities
Platform-Specific Requirements
Professional Consultation Mandate
Users must:
- Clearly disclose that all platform content is educational only
- Direct clients to seek appropriate professional advice before implementation
- Avoid representing educational content as personalized professional recommendations
- Maintain clear boundaries between education and professional services
Template and Document Usage Requirements
Users must:
- Review all templates with qualified legal professionals before use
- Customize templates for specific jurisdictions and circumstances
- Clearly label templates as educational examples requiring professional review
- Avoid using unmodified templates for actual business or legal transactions
AI Tool Usage Requirements
Users must:
- Disclose when AI tools are being used in communications
- Verify AI-generated content with qualified professionals before implementation
- Avoid representing AI responses as professional advice or final recommendations
- Use AI tools only for educational and learning purposes
Electronic Communications Best Practices
When sending electronic communications through our platforms, you must:
- Use only permission-based marketing communications lists
- Always include a working "unsubscribe" mechanism
- Comply with all requests to be removed from your mailing list within ten (10) days
- Maintain, publish, and comply with a privacy policy
- Include your valid physical mailing address in each communication
- Do not send communications to addresses from purchased or rented lists
- Do not disguise the origin or subject matter of any communication
- Do not send "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or similar messages
Reporting AUP Violations
How to Report
Empowered Homefront takes reports of AUP violations seriously. Users can report violations by:

- Including: URL, screenshot, or description of the violation
- Providing: Context and reason for the report
- Submitting: Any relevant evidence or documentation
Investigation Process
Upon receiving a report, we will:
- Conduct a thorough investigation of the alleged violation
- Review all relevant evidence and documentation
- Contact the reported user for their response if appropriate
- Make a determination based on the facts and applicable policies
- Take appropriate enforcement action if violations are confirmed
Consequences of Violations
Immediate Suspension
The following violations may result in immediate account suspension:
- Providing unlicensed professional services
- TCPA or serious marketing compliance violations
- Security breaches or hacking attempts
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Serious misuse of AI tools or templates
Account Termination
The following violations may result in immediate account termination:
- Repeated or incurable violations of this AUP
- Illegal activities or criminal conduct
- Serious security breaches or attacks on the platform
- Fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
- Violations that pose significant risk to other users or the platform
Enforcement Process
Warning and Remediation: First-time minor violations may result in warnings and required remediation. Compliance must be achieved within specified timeframes.
Suspension: Suspended users lose access to all platform features. Suspension continues until all violations are remediated. Repeated suspensions may result in termination.
Termination: Terminated users permanently lose access to all services. All account data may be permanently deleted. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
Appeals Process
Users may request reconsideration of enforcement actions by emailing [email protected] with a detailed explanation and any relevant evidence. Appeals will be reviewed by our compliance team, and decisions will be final and binding.
Updates and Modifications
This AUP may be updated periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, address new platform features, improve clarity, or respond to emerging compliance requirements. Users will be notified of material changes through email notifications and platform notices. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. You further acknowledge that violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to platform services.
This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Empowered Homefront Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and other applicable agreements.
